Privacy Notice (KVKK)
What the details you give when joining the waitlist are used for, and what your rights are, under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
Data controller
The company name, MERSİS number and address will appear here once the company is registered.
What we collect
Your phone number or email address; your home neighbourhood; if you choose, your work neighbourhood, the kinds of class you are interested in (up to 3), where you train now and your employer; your message language; your marketing permissions (separately for text message and email). We also keep the campaign parameters of the link you came from, and whether your sign-up came from inside our first area.
What we use it for
To send the verification code, put you on the list and work out your place; to send you your invitation and pre-order details; to plan, in aggregate, which neighbourhoods and studios we start with. Offers and news are sent only with the separate permission you give for that channel.
Who we share it with
"Where you train now" is never shown or shared; it only helps us see which studios to add first. Your employer is used only so we can tell you if your employer joins the corporate rate.
Using your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you can ask whether your personal data is processed, ask for information if it is, learn whether it is used for its purpose, know who it is passed to, ask for it to be corrected if incomplete or wrong, ask for it to be deleted or destroyed, and claim compensation for harm. We answer within 30 days at the latest.
Withdrawing permissions
You can withdraw your marketing permission for text message and email at any time, independently of each other.
