The QR on your Kapı screen works offline. If you’re turned away at the door, your credits come back right away and our team calls you within 10 minutes (07:00–23:00).

Every plan works at every venue; only the number of credits differs.
October 2026 prices. Launch prices are recalculated with TÜFE on 1 January 2027 and published on 1 February.
Credit counts are confirmed on 31 January.
Price Calendar
Prices change twice a year, on 1 January and 1 July, by the last 6 months' TÜFE; the increase is capped at 15% and announced 45 days ahead.

Common questions
What are credits?
Your plan gives you a set number of credits each month. Every class shows its credit cost before you book. Credits expire at the end of each period and have no cash value.
What if I cancel late?
If the free cancellation window has passed, the class’s credits aren’t returned; if someone from the waitlist takes your spot, they come back automatically. No cash fee.
How do I end my membership?
In the app: Account > Membership > End membership. Two taps; no exit fee.
Which neighbourhoods?
We’re opening around Kadıköy and Ataşehir first. If your area isn’t there yet, join the list and we’ll tell you when it opens.
Do prices change?
Only by the Price Calendar: on 1 January and 1 July, capped at 15%, with 45 days' notice. If you don’t want it, you leave at the old price at the end of your period.
